What is ready for a notary or qualified signature

The document is fingerprinted (SHA-256) when a request is sent, and a change after that is refused.
Every signer's verification method, time and typed name are kept on the request.
An evidence package can be built, rebuilt and handed over at any time.
One envelope per request, reused on resend, so a provider can be attached without changing the records.

A typed-name signature is an ordinary electronic signature. If a document needs a notary or a qualified signature, connect a provider in Settings, External Systems.
